We assist individuals in identifying activities and organizations that align with their interests and goals. We work with local businesses, schools, and organizations to create a supportive and inclusive community. 

Guardianship Services of Kentucky provides person-centered support that focuses on individual strengths and abilities. Our staff works closely with individuals to identify their needs and goals. We develop individualized support plans that incorporate a variety of supports, including medical care, behavioral support, vocational training, and educational support. Our goal is to provide support that enables individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. 

Guardianship Services of Kentucky provides opportunities for individuals to live in homelike settings that promote independence and autonomy. Our program offers a variety of living arrangements, including shared restorative living and independent apartments. Each resident has a personalized living plan that focuses on their individual needs and goals. We encourage individuals to participate in household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping to promote independence and encourage community involvement.
